Dr. Aguilar graduated with honors from the University of Arizona earning degrees in biochemistry and molecular, cellular biology with minors in mathematics/physics/chemistry, music and cultural studies. In medical school, he earned his medical degree while simultaneously earning his master’s degree in public health focusing on healthcare leadership and cultural proficiency in healthcare.

His passion to serve escalated quickly after completion of residency at the University of Arizona where upon hire at Northwest hospital, within months his talents were absorbed as he became the Chief Medical Officer. At Northwest he led numerous endeavors serving the community across primary care, urgent care, emergency services, hospital medicine, women’s health, critical care medicine, as well as surgical and non-surgical specialty practices. After 6 years of service, Dr. Aguilar moved on to pioneer comparable service line expansion at Carondelet Health Network, unifying service lines across hospital medicine, emergency medicine and critical care. His passion and innovation led to enhanced patient care, team unity, provider recruitment and collaborative gains working in concert with many disciplines and administrators to achieve excellence.

He founded Kairexa Healthcare which focused on entrepreneural expansion of medical care consulting services. In addition he established Northstar Medical Consulting, which focuses on optimization of medicare patient management.

As COVID became a pandemic, he partnered with Premiere Medical Group as Arizona’s regional medical officer focusing on distribution of COVID vaccines across many Arizona counties. This evolved to partnership with Pima county health department, where premiere medical group continues to provide medical care for legal immigrant COVID patients.

Eager to learn and do more while facing a growing opiate epidemic, Dr. Aguilar devoted time to train in restorative medicine as well as palliative/hospice care. He became medical director of QC Kinetix clinics in Tucson, offering non surgical allogenic stem cell therapy to help our community treat chronic pain/injuries with non-opiate procedure based restorative medicine. Palliative/hospice care service ensued as associate medical director for a locally owned company where he can assist patients seeking graceful transitions.

Dr. Aguilar’s most recent venture was purchasing a primary care practice converting it into primary care and wellness practice as he felt the community had great need for primary care and a more comprehensive evidence based approach on sustainable wellness.

Dr. Sultan Alotaibi is an accomplished cardiologist, with German board certification in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is an active member of the Working Group of Interventional Cardiology (AGIK) of the German Society of Cardiology and of the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions. After his medical education, he completed his internal medicine and cardiology training at the Adult Cardiac Center (Saudi Arabia), University Hospital of Essen (Germany), West German Heart Center (Germany), and the Contilia heart and Vascular Centre (Germany). Dr. Sultan Alotaibi served as a teaching faculty member at the department of Medicine, University of Essen-Duisburg (Germany) and pursued a Master of Science in Health Economics, Outcomes and Management in Cardiovascular Sciences at the London School of Economics & Political Science. He is a member in the Saudi chapter of International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes (ISPOR).

Dr. Sultan Alotaibi produced scientific work related to interventional cardiology and the use of tele-health. He was involved as a clinical investigator in several clinical trials and national registries in the field of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI/TAVR). One of his research interests is the use of tele-health and delivering innovative technologies in heart failure patients as he was involved in commercially developing Mitramaze, which resulted with its inventor in establishing Coramaze technologies GmbH. He is a senior advisor for the London School of Economics & Political Science in the UK on the project (The LockedDown).

Dr. Sadeer Al-Kindi received his MD from Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar. He went on to complete his residency in internal medicine, fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and cardiovascular imaging at University Hospitals – Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He then served as the co-director for the cardiometabolic center and a staff cardiologist at University Hospitals. In 2023, Dr Al-Kindi moved to Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center.

Clinically, Dr. Al-Kindi serves as a preventive and an imaging cardiologist at the Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center, where he is the associate director for the division of cardiovascular prevention and wellness and a member of the cardiovascular imaging faculty at Houston Methodist. Dr Al-Kindi uses advanced imaging like cardiac CT and MRI to guide therapeutic interventions to reduce risk in patients.

Dr. Al-Kindi is an active clinical and translational researcher, with over 200 peer-reviewed publications in top journals. His research has focused on understanding the underpinnings of cardiovascular disease and novel methods to identify risk and enable precision cardiovascular prevention. He also focuses on environmental determinants of cardiovascular disease, social determinants of health, cardiometabolic disease, and advanced cardiovascular imaging. He is the associate director for the center for cardiovascular computational and precision health (C3PH) at DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center.

Dr. Al-Kindi serves on the editorial board for several journals and has been a reviewer for many top medical journals. Dr. Al-Kindi is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the American College of Cardiology Young Investigator Award (2020 and 2023).

Dr. Azimi received a scholarship to Columbia College of Columbia University where he completed his B.A. in Chemistry and pre-medicine. Dr. Azimi has been in private practice in San Diego, CA for 15 years, establishing a thriving clinical practice for cardiac patients and treating patients for peripheral vascular disease. He is active in Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Interventions, and he does structural heart interventions, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transeptal procedures such as the Watchman left trail appendage closures. He spent a year as a family medicine intern at Brown University but decided to switch to general surgery. Dr. Berth attended Humboldt University in Berlin Germany for her medical studies. During this time she spent semester breaks to do Internships in the United States at Mount Sinai University in New York and Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey.

She graduated from Humboldt University in 2004 with her medical degree. She went on to study for the US medical boards. Dr Berth received her ECFMG certificate in 2005. Dr Berth completed her Internship in Medicine at Flushing Medical Center in Queens, New York and attended the University of Massachusetts for her Anesthesiology Residency with the honor of being selected Chief Resident. Dr. Berth is board certified in anesthesiology and was awarded Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiology, for her dedication and leadership in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Berth has been in private practice in Englewood, NJ for the past 10 years providing medical care to patients in a wide variety of anesthesia related situations. These include preoperative evaluations, consultation with surgical teams; creating individual plans for pre- intra and postoperative anesthesia management and their execution and postoperative pain management.
